BXT II RAAMmat is a world class automotive sound deadener, the absolute best value on the market, but all mat products work in lower frequency areas primarily.
Ensolite foam takes over from there to deal with higher frequencies, decoupleing, diffusing and is a super thermal barier.
Using both products will more than double the results that either type of product can do on its own.
If you follow the HOW TO guide as close as possible you will acheive incredible results for your time, effort and cost.
We have shipped tens of thousands of these kits to our satisfied fellow enthusiasts around the world.
1 pack BXT II RAAMmat, 20 sheets, 37.5 sq ft.
3 yards Peal and Stick Ensolite, 55.5'Wx36" long, 41.625 sq ft, cut from a roll so one section 56"x9' long.
Note: For most vehicle types Package #1 will take care of the most critical areas, door, rear sides, rear wall, etc, depening on vehicle type, (if you wish to add the floor smaller vehicles will require Package #2, larger vehicles will require 2x Package #1)

This is the best bang for your buck! You could was hundreds of more dollars than you need too. This product turned my loud, tin can of a truck into a solid platform for awesome sounding music! Not to mention Raam Audio has great customer support. Jason answered all my questions I had. I'm definitely recommending you guys to all my friends. Keep up the good work!!!

Purchased this kit to quiet the ride on my MB Sprinter because I am outfitting it to camp all over California. I covered all of the metal skins under the rear panels and wheel wells in the cargo area. The results were outstanding! The ride is so much more quiet and solid now. I would recommend these products to anyone looking to do the same. A super happy customer!

Used two of these to completely cover the entire inside of my Vette. With LT headers, High flow cats, and muffler delete (plus other mods) she is pretty loud. This kit blocked out the exterior noise and improved, very noticeably, the custom sound system on the inside.

I installed this in a 1998 Subaru Legacy Wagon.
I opted not to fill in door gaps with backing material, but did 40% coverage of outer door skins and 70% coverage of door & rear wheel inner surfaces with RAAMmat, and full coverage, including door gaps, with Ensolite.
I had enough RAAMmat left over to put strategic pieces into the roof and tailgate.
The noise reduction is substantial! It's easier to have conversations at speed, the stereo doesn't have to be as loud AND it's less distorted, and the studded snow tires no longer sound like they're in the car with you.
The adhesive on both products is great, but very unforgiving if you touch it to itself. The RAAMmat was workable in 40 degree weather, and although I did use a roller it didn't NEED one. Also, this is the first mat product that didn't slice my fingers!
Definitely happy with this purchase.

I've been using RAAM products through three builds now, and getting ready to apply to my newly acquired 335xi. These guys are the best to work with, and only surpassed by the quality of their product and speed of shipping! Stuff is super easy to work with and makes a HUGE difference. Plus, it's really affordable, especially as a kit!

I have used other products and this one by far is the easiest to work with. The sound deadening pads are thin yet effective and can take contours. Be careful that the foil does not cut you, it can be sharp.

I installed RAAMmat followed by Ensolite on the rear interior deck of my 996tt. The results were solid as the drone of my after market exhaust has nearly disappeared.

I used package #1 and it was more than enough for all 4 doors + the hatch area on my 2008 Subaru Forester. Subaru's are notorious for being poorly insulated from the factory, so this was a huge upgrade. Definitely recommend doing it at the same time that you upgrade your speakers since the doors will be apart anyways.

Raamat received good reviews all over Tacoma World forums, so I gave 'er a whirl when installing my stereo. Very easy to work with, and cheaper than most others for what you're getting. I have nothing to compare it to, as I've never installed sound deadener, but it seems to have quieted things down in my cab & doors have a nice "thud" to them now. I've already recommended it to a few buddies.

Having installed both BXT II and Ensolite in the trunk and door panels of my Fiesta ST, I am very pleased with the results.
The RAAMaudio materials have helped significantly reduce the miscellaneous buzzes and rattles throughout the cabin, while simultaneously improving the responsiveness and sound of the stock stereo speakers. In addition, the added dampening has helped mitigate the drone of my aftermarket exhaust at highway speeds!
I did a write-up of my full experience with RAAMaudio's products on my blog here:
Overall, I highly recommend RAAMaudio for anyone looking to improve the refinement of their vehicle.
