BXT II RAAMmat was engineered to be the absolute best real automotive deadening mat on the market for the lowest possible cost.
If you pay more for deadening mat you are simply paying to much, if paying less (sometimes even more) unfortunately you are not likely getting a real deadening product so please choose carefully.
Perfect amount for a basic but very effective install in most vehicles, you can double the results by adding 3 yards of PS Ensolite!
37.5 sq ft per box flat pack box, 20 sheets, 11x23", more coverage than our competitors "comparable" products.
Butyl based formula specifically engineered to compete with the top notch expensive brands.
Peal and stick for easy application, conforms well, stays put.
60 mils thick (.060" and .52lbs per sq ft, check the weight/thickness/cost of the other products on the market;) It is the correct balance to get the job done as needed.
4 mil soft aluminum finish (softer aluminum to help prevent cuts while installing, hard aluminum like others use has been known to cause serious lacerations.)
250 degree temp rating (any higher rating is a moot point, the vehicle would already be on fire so we shoot for realistic numbers and spend our resources on making the performance better instead;)

This is an excellent product! It is so easy to work with! I put full sheets where I could, and then cut it in to strips about 4 inches wide.

These panels of thick material came in a box very fresh and flat without ripples. Usually Dynamate is delivered all rippled as if it was rolled up at some point. I don't have DB numbers for this but it reduces the sound travel well. It sticks well also.

I have tried diffirent products, and this one shows a better result. Very sticky, doesnt smell, thick layer of it.
Never buy roofing crap...
On a market for years, great service.

I've used BXT II on several vehicles, including my own. My newest car is a 2014 Accord and despite some factory efforts, the panels are resonant. 6 sq. ft. per door yields a very damped response. I use BXT II on all metal surfaces to control resonance. I rap my knuckles on the metal panels and listen for how long the sound "rings". then add and knock and repeat until i no longer hear any "ringing". I end up using less deadener with products like BXT II as compared to cheaper, less performing matts.

Bought this mostly to lessen the heat that came through the floorboards of my Jeep. Seems to work well, and the Jeep is also a lot quieter. I'll probably get another box to finish up the rear floor panels and wheelwells!

I have use Rammat on several of my vehicles now over the years! It is by far the easiest to install. I have some in an install that is 8 years old and it's still in place and doing it's job! What more can I ask for! Great product, great price!

I took out the interior on a 1991 Dodge single cab truck and applied ram mat everywhere, including the rear wall where there is nothing from the factory. Then I added a layer in ensolite to the back wall. I checked decibeles before and after.....it dropped it 19 decibels and the a/c felt cooler having the insulation. Will use again!

this stuff is like silver play dough. easy install, once you lay the first sheet the rest flys by. and don't worry,if you make a mistake(very hard to do with this stuff),just slice a piece accordingly and fit in. all in all very user friendly. said as a mechanic for 20 years. and lastly the most affordable

Great product, I have a motor swap and stripped my interior to bare metal and wanted a little something to quiet the ride for a daily driver. Was shocked mainly at how much it reduced heat radiating into the car from my motor running hot. Before this it would get so hot you would have to roll the windows down even if it was less than 40 degrees out, now i cant feel any heat at all.

Seems to work very well. I ordered a bulk pack and used it on three separate installs. The Raammat is easy to install and along with Ensolite, has made a big difference in road noise and general acoustics in my vehicles. I've used Dynamat Xtreme in the past, but see no reason to spend a ton more, when the Raammat seems to fit the bill!
